Shipping, Payment and Return Policies

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Consul Designs. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping, Payment and Return Policies.

Shipping Policy:

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

We offer shipping throughout the United States. At this moment we do not offer international shipping.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

We aim to process, pack and ship your order within 3-10 business days within the United States. For customized orders please allow 15-22 days.

Shipping times depend on whether the piece is available or has to be created. As previously stated, custom pieces will take longer to process, pack and ship compared to pieces already available and portrayed on our website.

You will receive a confirmation email when you place your order and once again when it has been shipped by the artist.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If you place your order on the weekend, it will be processed the next business day.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

If you have any questions or requests for express shipping (fees may apply) please contact us via email at consuldesigns@gmail.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.

WHICH SHIPPING METHODS DO YOU USE?

It depends on the order but most of our orders are shipped with USPS.

OUTSIDE UNITED STATES

Currently, we are not shipping orders outside the United States.

I DIDN’T RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL.

If you did not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam email to make sure it has not landed in the wrong folder. If you cannot find it in your spam folder, contact us through email at consuldesigns@gmail.com and we will be happy to provide you with the confirmation number and a new confirmation email.

I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY ORDER, WHERE IS IT?

If you have been waiting to receive your order longer than 12 business days then please contact us at consuldesigns@gmail.com and we will be able to help.

Payment Policy:

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

We accept VISA, MasterCard, PayPal and Apple Pay; at checkout you will have the option to select your preferred payment method and will be taken through a secure checkout.

Return Policy:

I RECEIVED MY ORDER BUT IT’S INCORRECT OR DAMAGED

If you receive your order and it’s incorrect or damaged, please contact us at consuldesings@gmail.com with a picture of the incorrect or damaged item with your order number and we will take care of it. After we receive proof of purchase and a picture of the damaged or incorrect item, you will receive the correct item within the next 7 business days.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER I HAVE PLACED IT?

Unfortunately, you cannot make changes to your order once it has been placed. If you have any questions regarding your order please contact us at consuldesings@gmail.com and we will be able to help from there.

REFUNDS

At Consul Designs, all sales are final, and we don’t process refunds.
